Oakley was amazing!! Professional. Diligent. What started out as a shower drain snake turned into replacing the original 60+ year old tub plumbing. He kept me informed all the way with estimates of work. He even cleaned the tub when he was done! I can’t say enough.

We had a frozen pipe and decided to replace all of the pipes from copper to PVC since the copper pipes were deteriorating. Andrew came early and was at our home from 9am to 7pm working hard and getting it all done. We really appreciate Andrew for all of his hard work and for fixing the issues we had. Thank you, Andrew! We had a very pleasant experience, so I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

I had a leak from my kitchen sink and water was leaking out onto the floor. The technician came out very quickly to replace the damaged parts and got my sink up to code. There had always been a little leak ever since I've moved in 8 years ago and now everything is working as it should. The service was excellent and I'm super happy with the work that was done. Would highly recommend.

Great service and reasonably priced. Work is done well and employees are honest. Kyle & Adon were very professional. Great communications from the office. I called around 6pm expecting to have the work estimated in a couple days etc. No, they came out about 1.5 hours after my initial call and gave me a price. Work was finished in less than 30 minutes. Incredible service. Travis was A!+ He was very kind & understanding for my older/disabled neighbor. He went above & beyond to make sure all was correct and set up comfortably for him in the bathroom.

I have used them twice for my main sewer line backing up. The first time they arrived within hours on a Sunday. Second time they arrived in about an hour on a saturday evening. Both times they were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They show you what they are doing and educate you throughout the process. They may charge "a little more" than other places but most other places cannot arrive within hours and have your problem resolved same day. Will likely continue to use Mr Rooter / Mr Electric for all my plumbing and electrical needs and refer them to to others.

We were very impressed by the qualified knowledge we noticed when getting the estimate from Josh for the plumbing work we needed, I was confident that we could expect a quality job. Their pricing was competitive and thorough, and their plumbers were very courteous and experienced as I had expected.

In the middle of getting electrical work done with Mr electric they noticed a plumbing issue that would effect what they are doing. Paul came out within the hour, inspected and gave honest and easy to understand information. Prices for plumbing are always difficult but Paul was very easy to work with. The work was done within an hour and it looks great. Very pleased :)

I don't know if I have enough space to write my review on how great this team from MR. ROOTER was. I I had to get new pipes installed from kitchen sink down to my basement because my home was built in 1942. Also, had to get a brand new hot Water tank because the one I had original expired last year and was not installed correctly by the previous owner of my home. The hot water tank was sitting on bricks and leaking small mounts of carbon monoxide. I never knew it until one of the plumbers pointed it out to me that it was about to blow soon and showed me how damage the pipes were. This is definitely I truly had to address right away to protect myself and my family. Thank you, Guys! TRAVIS, BERNIE AND CONRAD for explain each detail of my repairs, installation and how to care for these items in the future. Thanks, Mr.Rooter!

Mr. Rooter sent Paxton and Joe to check out our problem in West Akron. They arrived quickly with smiles and ready to check out our issue. It was a leak, they left to get parts and Paxton returned. He did a great job. Was concerned about his feet and wore booties. He quickly fixed the pipe and the price was not exorbitant. Thanks to Paxton and Joe!! I would highly recommend them.

During a storm our sewage line ended up backing up flooding our basement. Called Mr rooter they came the very next morning first thing. Team is very professional. We have had them in and out for 5 and a half days making repairs. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

So easy to schedule an appointment! I called three other places in town and no one had availability for days. When your toilet stops working - days is too long! Mr. Rooter came the next day. The technician easily explained the issue to me and the fix!

  Jon Bowser is the absolute best! I had a sewer backup in my basement and Jon was out within hours of me contacting Mr. Rooter. He was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating - more than I could have expected. He turned a nightmare into a pleasant experience! The entire job (including city inspection) was complete in less than 2 days - wow! On top of all this, we exchanged numbers and plan on playing softball together. Mr. Rooter is lucky to have Jon, he represents the company extremely well.

The gentleman that serviced my plumbing issue at my home fixed the leaking water issue from pipe seams under the kitchen sink that weren’t properly fit and loose. It feels great to be able to use the kitchen sink without worrying about water leakage. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and it didn’t take him long to fix it.

Mike was amazing. Very efficient. Very respectful. Got the job done we love it an we want to continue to use him if we have a plumbing problem in the future.  

Was very pleased with the overall service from Mr. Rooter. We had an issue in the basement and had a quote from another well-known Cleveland area company. The quote was outrageous reached out to Mr. Rooter and they sent someone first thing in the morning and was able to fix and complete the job in the same day..at a much lower price. Was particularly pleased with Mario Buzzelli. He was clear in his explanation, courteous and polite, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter

I took advantage of their $95 drain clearing special. They called before they came, the guys were super polite, but most importantly, they cleared the drain! Also, no mess in the bathroom after. I will definitely call for anything else I need!

Three leaks on a Sunday morning, water main also shooting water everywhere. The girl who answered was fantastic super nice and helpful. Technicians, Kyle and Adontell busted in with a bag of tools and great attitudes. 2 hours later my problems were gone. They went over my problems and gave tips pointers and knowledge for future endeavors. They worked with me to bring the price down, but how much is a non-flooded house worth to you? After the job was finished they cleaned up everything showed and explained their work, which looked amazing, and the best part, it did not leak. 100% professional and trustworthy men these guys were. I would recommend them again and again.

I had an emergency. A water pipe had broken off just under the kitchen floor. It had previously been damaged by some not so professional flooring workers. Anyhow, I needed help fast. I called Mr. Rooter and "Roy" was there to fix the leak very quickly. During the surveyance of the original leak, he found a potential hazard associated with my gas line. Roy gave me a reasonable estimate for repairs and I gracefully accepted. After the work was completed, in less time than quoted, Roy explained all the details including pictures of all work done, before and after. Great job! Thanks you Mr. Rooter and Roy. MB

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! We were fortunate enough to work with Gabe Partridge, and he was punctual, respectful, and professional. The other supporting team members were equally professional, and we appreciated all the help with our plumbing issues. What we thought started as a simple drain clog, turned out to be a much bigger undertaking and the Mr. Rooter team was very adaptable and able to resolve all of our issues the same day! We will be calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing anytime we have plumbing issues in the future, and I highly recommend this business.

I needed my water tank replaced. It was very old, and was not up to code. Paxton was my technician, and he will continue to be for my future plumbing needs. He's very passionate about his work and it shows. My install was seamless and he labeled everything for me. As a first-time homebuyer, he made a rough situation very seamless. Josh S. Was understanding and walked me through everything he was seeing and explaining it as well. He is not your average salesman, he completely made it feel like he was just there to help in any way he could. Definitely recommend them, also their prices are very fair.

Called Mr Rooter after we founded our basement flooded on a Saturday morning. It was reassuring to talk to a real person. They came promptly and checked everything out. We really appreciated everything they did. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again if the need arises.

  The team at Mr. Rooter consistently communicated and executed excellent work on our home's drain system. We made quite an investment to have them replace all of the (root-filled) clay tile drain pipe underneath our 1930 home, and we feel it was worth the cost. A team showed up everyday for a few days and got the job done fairly quickly and thoroughly. Nathan was especially cordial and helped us feel more comfortable. After they were done, we discovered an old leak from a previous homeowner's "handy" patchwork on a loose fitting elsewhere in the house. The weak seal from this work was broken in the process of replacing other pipes down stream. Even though it wasn't their fault, a manager came out with a technician named Gabriel and repaired the seal for free since we had just paid for a big job. Gabriel got the seal repaired correctly and quickly. They communicated what had gone wrong and made sure that it wouldn't be a problem again. Every point of contact was courteous and professional. We'll certainly call Mr. Rooter again for any of our plumbing needs.

Hard working and dedicated to doing what they do best. They worked as long as it took to manage our plumbing issue and didn't over charge. Brett, Carl and team made me feel less anxious and came out the same day. They also will make major repairs to underground pipes. Not once did I hear a complaint, especially on the day before the holidays. I'm so glad I kept that magnet on our refrigerator after all these years. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing work!

Had a serious drain issue under the slab in the bathroom. I called on a Saturday for service, all tho a technician was scheduled they did not make it on Saturday.Dispatch did call every hour to keep me informed on the technicians arrival which ended up being on Sunday. Ryan was very professional and did a great job with the floor tear out and all the grunt work! ( was a huge job) It was also nice to see the mangers Rob, Jeff, and Mike going the extra mile to help the young guys along and keeping them in tune with the detail work.

I can't express enough how pleased I am with the work of Mr Rooter. Paxton G., Kyle K. and Adon T. were beyond fantastic to work with. Everything was done perfectly. I am confident that I will never have these plumbing issues again. Thanks guys! I miss you already.
