Oakley was amazing!! Professional. Diligent. What started out as a shower drain snake turned into replacing the original 60+ year old tub plumbing. He kept me informed all the way with estimates of work. He even cleaned the tub when he was done! I can’t say enough.

We had a frozen pipe and decided to replace all of the pipes from copper to PVC since the copper pipes were deteriorating. Andrew came early and was at our home from 9am to 7pm working hard and getting it all done. We really appreciate Andrew for all of his hard work and for fixing the issues we had. Thank you, Andrew! We had a very pleasant experience, so I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

I had a leak from my kitchen sink and water was leaking out onto the floor. The technician came out very quickly to replace the damaged parts and got my sink up to code. There had always been a little leak ever since I've moved in 8 years ago and now everything is working as it should. The service was excellent and I'm super happy with the work that was done. Would highly recommend.

Great service and reasonably priced. Work is done well and employees are honest. Kyle & Adon were very professional. Great communications from the office. I called around 6pm expecting to have the work estimated in a couple days etc. No, they came out about 1.5 hours after my initial call and gave me a price. Work was finished in less than 30 minutes. Incredible service. Travis was A!+ He was very kind & understanding for my older/disabled neighbor. He went above & beyond to make sure all was correct and set up comfortably for him in the bathroom.

I have used them twice for my main sewer line backing up. The first time they arrived within hours on a Sunday. Second time they arrived in about an hour on a saturday evening. Both times they were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They show you what they are doing and educate you throughout the process. They may charge "a little more" than other places but most other places cannot arrive within hours and have your problem resolved same day. Will likely continue to use Mr Rooter / Mr Electric for all my plumbing and electrical needs and refer them to to others.
